The Management Roadmap to Creating Happy, Engaged and High Performing Employees (Pilot)

Do you experience some or all of the same challenges?

Now Imagine…

You or your team are happy, engaged, and high performing. Then you or your team won’t be thinking of quitting. There will be no retention problem, no endless hiring, and onboarding. You or your team won’t be burned out, and you’ll be productive.

Would that be the outcome that you would like?

If so, then this pilot is for you. This pilot addresses 9 out of the top 10 global business challenges. It helps caring leaders learn how to create an environment that allows their employees to be happy, engaged, and high-performing, so they can react and adapt to the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world. In other words, this is the Management Roadmap to creating happy, engaged, and high-performing employees.

Course Outline

  • Week 1: Introduction & Psychological Safety
  • Week 2: Trust
  • Week 3: 21st Century Leadership Principles and Practices

You’ll get a weekly 25-30 minute video teaching for you to watch at your own time. After each video teaching, there is homework. Then you’ll meet weekly for 1 hour with your fellow cohort members and me to discuss your progress / challenges / what you’ve learned / what you’ve tried.

On top of that, you’ll have access to a Slack community where you can ask questions to each other and me, or celebrate some success after you’ve tried something, or lament some challenges that you’re facing.

For this pilot program only, you’ll also have one 45-minute 1-on-1 coaching call with me. The coaching call will be at the end of the 6th week.
