Leadership Memo 2022-11
I can’t believe we are in the final 2 months of 2022 already! I guess time flies when we’re having fun!
As you know, I’ve been running 2 pilots to test out the new 6-week training & coaching programs that address 9 out of the top 10 global business challenges. I’m happy to let you know that the executive pilot has concluded. The participants are happy with the results and this will be a regular offering comes 2023. Some participants have previously participated in other executive leadership programs. While those have been helpful, the executives didn’t really finish those programs, or if they did, they didn’t really apply the new knowledge to their daily work life. They are quite glad for my program which teaches them how to think holistically. They now know which piece fits where, what area affects what other areas, and how to prioritize where to change and how much to change. The participants also give me good feedback which I’ll incorporate into the regular offering.
The middle management pilot still has 2 more weeks to go. So far, the participants are happy with the program. They got new ideas and an understanding of how to lead in the 21st century. We have great discussions during our weekly group cohort sessions. It’s looking like this will also become a regular offering in the new year.
With new program offerings, I’ll also be relaunching my business to better help caring leaders navigate, respond and thrive in this rapidly changing world. More to come next month!
In the meantime, join me on December 3 as I’ll be speaking at Agile Tour Taipei 2022 on the topic of leadership. Sign up now. Hope to see you there!
